Parking at the Wolfbrook Arena is free of charge.
Is there disability car parking available?
Yes, the venue has a few disability car parks located just outside the Wolfbrook arena, closest to the main entrance.
Are there ATM facilities available?
No, there are no ATM machines at the venue, so we recommend getting cash out before you arrive.
Most exhibitors do have EFTPOS/credit card payment facilities at their stands.

How much does venue parking cost?
Sky Stadium charges a daily rate of $10 per car. Card payments only.
Is there disability car parking available?
Yes, the venue has a few disability car parks located underneath Sky Stadium, closest to the main entrance and lift.
Are there ATM facilities available?
Yes, ATM facilities are available near the information counter inside the main entrance.
Most exhibitors do have EFTPOS/credit card payment facilities at their stands.
Auckland Venue Information
Is there public transport to and from the venue?

How much does venue parking cost?
Parking at Auckland Showgrounds for exhibitors and visitors is $6 for the first hour then $2 each hour after to a maximum of $18. Parking is also available at Alexandra Park for a flat rate of $10 per day.
Card payments are preferred at both locations.
Is there disability car parking available?
Yes, the venue has a few disability car parks located just outside Auckland Showgrounds, closest to the main entrance. Be sure to mention to parking wardens if you require these parks – even if the car park is closed due to being full, these spaces may still be available.
Are there ATM facilities available?
Yes, there is an ATM machine onsite for cash withdrawals – note a transaction fee will apply.
Most exhibitors have EFTPOS/credit card payment facilities at their stands.
Ticketing
All of my tickets have my name on them but I would like other people to use them?
All tickets will be in the name of the purchaser. Tickets can be given to someone else, they do not need to be personalised.
How do I register my ticket for the entry prize draw?
If you buy your tickets online you can complete the registration form on checkout. If you buy your tickets at the gate, simply register your ticket at the iPad stations at the show entrance.
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes, you can. For the latest pricing, please visit the show’s ticketing page.
How do I download my tickets?
Once registered online, you’ll receive an email from tickets@lup.com.au within 24 hours of your purchase (remember to check your spam/junk folder).
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, tickets can be scanned from smartphones. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can either print your ticket at home, or visit the ticket information counter at the front gates; our staff can look up your ticket. We recommend you arrive after 10:30 am to avoid the initial rush.
Is my ticket valid for multiple days?
No, all tickets purchased are valid for one day only. Please check your ticket for further details.
What’s included in my ticket price?
Your ticket includes: entry to the show, free cooking demonstrations in the cooking theatre, a complimentary show guide and the opportunity to sample and purchase a wide range of products on offer.
At the Show
Can I drop off my shopping at my car and re-enter the show?
Yes, we offer a pass-out stamp that allows you to re-enter the show at any time on the same day and make multiple product drops to your vehicle.
Do you have a coat check?
No, we do not have a coat check. However, we do offer a pass-out stamp; this allows you to re-enter all day and drop products to your car. Ensure you ask the staff at the door for a stamp when you leave; otherwise, re-entry may be denied.
Are there wheelchairs available?
While there are a limited number of wheelchairs available onsite, these are reserved for medical emergencies. We recommend bringing your own or hiring through a third party if you need one for your whole visit to the show.
Food, Beverage & Alcohol Consumption
Can I open a bottle of wine or beer I purchased while at the show?
No, all bottles purchased from an exhibitor must be taken off-site to be consumed. Alcohol bought from vendors within the food truck area of the show may be consumed in that specific area.
Can I purchase alcohol by the glass at the show?
Yes, you can purchase beverages in the Street Food Alley. Exhibitors may offer product tastings on their stands, but are not able to pour by the glass.
Is there water available?
Yes – there are water coolers distributed throughout the show.
