We produce Mediterranean delights in small, handcrafted batches and source fresh, local ingredients as much as we can. We import some authentic ingredients direct from Greece to ensure we retain the flavours our original Greek owners were aiming to achieve.
We're so excited to launch a new dip, Chilli Elaiasalata! We've taken our original Elaiasalata recipe and added our delicious chilli marinade to create a new flavour spicy dip. Feedback from customers so far is very positive, and we hope you love it too!
