Miss Korea Kimchi is Hoya’s handcrafted, small-batch kimchi kitchen, proudly rooted in Wellington and made with love.

Inspired by authentic Korean tradition and crafted entirely from plant-based ingredients, our kimchi is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and made using the freshest locally grown produce from the Levin, Hutt Valley, and Wellington regions.

Our flagship Vegan Classic Kimchi combines kimchi cabbage, radish, garlic, ginger, New Zealand-grown chillies, sea vegetables, fruit and Himalayan salt to create a vibrant balance of zing, spice, and tang. We offer a range of spice and salt levels to suit every palate.

Each jar is naturally fermented and packed with billions of live lactic acid bacteria per serving, independently lab-tested to support gut health and overall wellbeing.

Alongside our Classic Kimchi, we create a delicious seasonal range including bok choy kimchi, mustard greens kimchi, spring onion kimchi, white kimchi, Dongchimi (water kimchi), and our colourful Red Cabbage, Beetroot & Kale Kimchi. Every variety offers its own unique flavours, textures, and character.
