After gathering pure sea water from one of Coromandel?s iconic beaches, the pristine Opito Bay. We filter and carefully solar evaporate our salt in small batches to create big, translucent crystals which bring out the coast?s unique minerality creating the mouth-watering ?wow? burst of saltiness that stands our salt apart.
