Each luscious crystal of our multi-award winning medal winning Opito Bay sea salt has been carefully crafted through the combination of our four key ingredients sea, sun, wind, and a lot patience.
After gathering pure sea water from one of Coromandel’s iconic beaches, the pristine Opito Bay. We filter and carefully solar evaporate our salt in small batches to create big, translucent crystals which bring out the coast’s unique minerality creating the mouth-watering “wow” burst of saltiness that stands our salt apart.
Food for us is all about flavour and we love to blend our salt with ingredients that complement its unique character. Like Our medal winning Furikake and Black Garlic sea salts.
