My name is Carolina Noble, I am the owner of Uchu, my small chillies business I opened in 2016. As I am originally from Iquitos Peru, my aim was to create a chilli sauce that not only taste good, but empowers every meal paired with it, allowing one to experience the burst of flavours. In 2024, I rebranded my business to the name “UCHU”, known as hot and spicy in the language Quechua! The main product of my brand is my Rocoto Chilli sauces, made from Rocoto chilli, lemon/ lime juice and vinegar and no preservatives A homemade and original hot sauce, made with lots of love and compassion. Over the years, I have aimed to improve my hot sauce, trying my best to perfect it, so everyone can enjoy the succulent and divine flavours. This flavourful sauce adds a bold, but delicious flavour to all foods, perfect for marinating meat, acts perfectly as a dipping sauce. Overall enhancing the taste of food without overpowering it . It is ideal for burgers, stir- fries, potatoes, salads dressings, BBQ , and for any dish wanting a kick of spice!
