Daily Schedule (menu is subject to change)
10am – 11.30am Breakfast
- Aoraki Smoked Salmon and Wasabi or Egg and Habenero Mayo Blinis
- Pure Delish Granola with fresh fruit and coconut yogurt (DF)
- Selection of Copain pastries
- Dilmah Tea, Flight Coffee and soft drinks
12pm – 2pm Lunch
- Hot Buffet with vegan and vegetarian options (changes each day)
- Selection of salads
