Ingredients

40 ml Source Single Malt Gin

20 ml lemon

10 ml sugar syrup

Soda

Ice cubed

Lemon wheel

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into a Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Fresh, vibrant, sweet, botanical.
